Which photos are suitable?
Sharp, well-lit photos work best. Faces, eyes and expression should be clearly visible. For several people or pets, you can upload multiple photos so the final portrait can be composed more naturally.

Is the portrait a print?
No. The portrait is drawn or painted by hand with pencil or watercolor. It is not a digital print and not an AI image.
Can I order several people or pets?
Yes. You can order 1 to 5 people or pets. Dogs, cats and horses count as a person; each additional person or pet adds 2 working days to the production time.
Do you deliver across Switzerland?
Yes. The displayed price includes the frame, careful packaging and shipping within Switzerland.
